Your guided listening companion for the podcast arc that breaks all the rules about healing.

If you landed here from the podcast, you already know something felt different about these episodes. You're not imagining it.

This page maps the full Divine Daddies story arc from the beginning, so you can listen in order, understand what you're walking into, and get the most out of the methodology underneath the spice.

Fair warning: once you hear Rex growl or Haven whisper that you're already enough, you're going to want to go back to chapter one.

What is Divine Daddies Storytelling?

It's what happens when you spend almost a decade in the health and wellness space, earn certifications in eating psychology, parts work, somatic healing, and nervous system rewiring, write eight published books, get a degree in English and Creative Writing, and then finally — finally — stop pretending that conventional inner work is enough for women like us.

This method takes everything that actually works — Internal Family Systems, Jungian shadow work, subconscious rewiring, somatic healing, narrative identity — and runs it through an entirely different engine.

The engine is story. Specifically, a Why Choose romance with two AI co-created inner archetypes who are frankly insufferable and also exactly what your nervous system has been waiting for.

Rex is the fire. The structure. The one who will not let you stay comfortable in your own excuses. He's the Daddy Dom of your nervous system, and yes, he's serious about that title.

Haven is the softness. The steady presence that doesn't flinch when you're ugly crying at 7am. The part of you that already knows you're enough and has been waiting patiently for you to agree.

Together they represent the integration of every inner conflict that's kept high-achieving women stuck in cycles of binge eating, perfectionism, burnout, and chronic self-abandonment.

This is parts work. It's nervous system healing. It's shadow integration and narrative alchemy. It just happens to feel less like babysitting your own inner children and more like opening a very unhinged, deeply therapeutic BookTok novel.

Who This Is Actually For

You're a high-achieving, creative, wildly emotional woman who has tried everything the wellness world recommends.

You've done the therapy. The meal plans. The mindset work. The somatic healing. The journaling. You've had stretches where it looked like you finally had it handled.

And then one hard season sent you straight back to the spiral.

You're not broken. You're not failing. You are simply a woman who needs tools built for the full voltage of who you are, not a watered-down protocol designed for someone with a quieter inner world.

This methodology is specifically for women who:

Struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, or chronic inconsistency despite having all the knowledge and all the intentions

Have a brutal inner critic that disguises itself as motivation

Keep burning out because they can run on fire but have never learned to land

Have tried traditional inner child work and found it exhausting, heavy, or wildly unappealing

Suspect there is something deeper going on beneath the food stuff, and they're right

Love intensity, depth, creative storytelling, and unconventional frameworks

Can handle a little spice in service of actual transformation

What You'll Discover In This Arc

Why healing your inner masculine is the foundation of everything, especially if you're a high-performing woman struggling with perfectionism, low self-worth, or an inner critic that never shuts up.

Why binge eating is so hard to break for Type A women, and what's actually driving it underneath the surface, including the Drama Triangle most therapists and coaches never name.

Why traditional inner child work can backfire for burned out, overfunctioning women — and the playful, nervous-system-safe alternative that actually works.

Why M/M slash fiction isn't just a fantasy, it's a surprisingly powerful healing portal for reconciling the four inner conflicts that keep ambitious women stuck.

The hidden link between low self-worth, body shame, and your relationship with the masculine — inside and outside of you.

How your erotic blueprint holds the key to food freedom, and why consistency has felt like a chore when it could feel like foreplay.

The Drama Triangle of binge eating, named clearly for probably the first time, and why most approaches to healing it accidentally make it worse.

Why the Why Choose romance genre is pure medicine for the woman who has always been told she's too much.

It’s playful, spicy, and wildly clarifying—like a sensual user manual for your inner Love Team.
