My Story
From Burned-Out Personal Trainer to Embodied Health and Energy Guide
In 2015, I landed my dream job as a personal trainer at a high-end studio. At the time, I felt healthy, confident, and on top of the world. I thought I had conquered my struggles with compulsive overeating that had followed me since childhood.
I was wrong.
Starting the new job, my binge eating returned with a vengeance. I gained back the weight I thought I'd left behind and lived in constant stress, terrified of losing my job. I felt like a fraud giving nutrition advice when I was secretly ordering pizza every night and cycling through takeout spots to hide how much I was eating.
I became obsessed with breaking free from binge eating and finding food freedom. For a decade, I cycled through countless diets, intense workout programs, therapy, mindset coaching, hypnosis, and books. I’d make temporary progress, only to slip back into old patterns. I was stuck in a loop of gaining and losing the same 30 pounds, exhausted by the constant fight with myself.
In 2019, I hit rock bottom. I was drained, limping through my days, and avoiding social situations because I felt ashamed of how I looked. Over the years, I wasted thousands of dollars on takeout and junk food, hiding from the world and from my own potential.
The Turning Point
In 2020, I began a deep spiritual journey that transformed my approach to food and self-care. I realized that my struggles weren’t just about calories or willpower—they were signals from my soul, inviting me to grow.
Through journaling, connecting with the elements (Earth, Fire, Air, Water), and practicing energetic and somatic healing, I uncovered the deeper wounds behind my food battles. It wasn’t about fixing my macronutrient balance; it was about:
Reclaiming self-worth, beyond numbers on a scale or yesterday’s meal choices.
Healing my feminine energy, moving from force to flow.
Building trust and consistency with myself over time.
Aligning my life choices with my true desires and values.
By addressing these deeper layers, I finally broke free. I found joy in eating foods I once avoided, like weekly grilled cheese nights, without guilt or anxiety. My energy soared, and I began aging backward—thriving in my mid-thirties like I never did in my twenties.
Over the course of my journey, I released more than 40 pounds of weight—but, more importantly, I let go of the shame, guilt, and negative patterns that had been weighing me down for decades. This deeper work didn’t just change my relationship with food and my body—it transformed my entire life. I left a misaligned relationship, manifested my soulmate, and stepped into a fulfilling job that gave me the routine, structure, and movement I needed at that time to heal and rebuild.
These same tools and practices also helped me conquer a debilitating fear of judgment. I went from hiding myself to showing up consistently on social media—a space that once terrified me. Now, I embrace visibility as a chance to share my truth, connect with others, and make an impact.
My Mission
The freedom I’ve found has unlocked a world of possibilities. With my energy no longer consumed by food struggles, I’m playing a bigger game in life.
Now, I help high-achieving women—women who feel they’re “too much” —end their intense battles with food and reclaim their power. Together, we transform the energy tied up in food struggles into fuel for their greatest ambitions.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with hundreds of women, guiding them to create sustainable, soul-affirming transformations. I’m here to show you that food freedom is not just possible—it’s a gateway to stepping into your fullest, most magical life.
